This mission, in line with Congressman Romeo S. Momo Sr., Governor Alexander T. Pimentel and Mayor Philip A. Pichay aims at giving hope through providing free surgical services to those suffering from eye defects and to prevent blindness and ensure proper eye care will be given to all Surigaonons.

 

LGU-Cantilan in partnership with Eye Hear Foundation and Celsus Pharmaceutical Company with the help of Municipal Health Office, MSWD and MDRRMO Cantilan Personnel assists every individuals who wants to avail.
