MESSAGE

It is with pride that we present to you the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) for 2022 – 2024 of the Municipality of Cantilan.

The first step on the road to good governance is for our stakeholders to have a common vision. We continue to work towards the ideal goal of the Cantilangnons which is genuinely world-class as we reap and expand on the gains of the empowered community lives in a haven of peace and resilient environment. We ultimately envision it to be a progressive Agri-ecotourism capital of Surigao del Sur which is why this sensibly constructed agenda aims to ensure equitable progress that reaches every corner of the municipality. In the end, we see Cantilan as the province’s next major gateway and logistics hub, making it ideal place to invest.

The executive and legislative branches of our government’s primary development initiatives are outlined in the executive-legislative agenda, which will set the course over the ensuing years. Based on this road map and the unwavering dedication propelled by a proactive and people driven participatory governance. We are confident that our development plan will establish a solid contribution to economic and social development of Cantilan.
