The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Cantilan, Surigao del Sur, was honored with the Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) Award today, November 19, 2024, at Almont Inland Resort, Butuan City. Mayor Philip Arreza Pichay accepted the award on behalf of the Municipality, joined by Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) Engr. Mark Obani and OIC Municipal Social Welfare and Development (MSWD) Officer Kenneth A. Yparraguirre.
